The Chesapeake and Potomac Swim League (CPSL) is a winter, competitive swim league for several swim teams in and around the greater DC/Baltimore metropolitan area. Our mission is to foster a safe and supportive environment for competitive swimmers that focuses on the YMCA’s core values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility.
